Refund policy

United 7 Society accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Packaging must be intact
• Sale items and customized items are final sale

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
